I have been pleased with the service and care from the doctors and staff at Alpha Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Most recently I used their walk-in clinic and was pleasantly surprised with the waiting time and treatment. I saw Dr Thompson (for a different injury Dr Toulon) and I especially am thankful that they talk through the treatment plan, using what I believe to be a conservative approach, rather than rushing to surgery. They provide expertise while including the patient in the decision making process.

Dr. Thompson and front desk people are wonderful. However, the woman taking my information in the exam room and the x-ray tech lack empathy and personality. The x-ray tech is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.
